2012-2014 Capital Campaign Commitment

When we pledge to UUCL, we are investing in a future that includes the right to worship, speak, and think freely, a sanctuary for those in need of love and comfort, a haven for our children to grow in mind and spirit. A future we can believe in.

Funds are needed to finance repayment of our 2011 roof replacement project loan as well as to ensure that proper roof inspections and maintenance occurs in the coming months and years. To this end, our three-year Capital Campaign target is 100K. Participation from all UUCL members and affiliates is needed and welcomed.

I/we want to ensure that UUCL is able to pay down its ‘roof replacement’ loan with Bluegrass Bank as soon as possible with minimum interest or penalty charges.

Therefore, I/we commit the following amount(s) to UUCL’s Capital Campaign:

*Note: paying the loan down earlier will result in less interest costs than if paid down later

This financial commitment is made in good faith. I/We agree to continue this pledge until I/We notify the congregation’s Treasurer, in writing, of any changes or modifications. In the event that I/We are unable to complete this pledge, I/We will notify the church as soon as possible.
